The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for getting to the airport and there was a bus stop right outside. the food in the restaurant was delicious.
The person at the front desk during check-in was very unhelpful and uninformed. They didn't have the correct information about the airport shuttle and couldn't answer basic questions.
